It's brand new never tried it on I bought it for just over $50 last year to use for extra fabric on another dress. I was going to have it altered to fit me better for my sister wedding but I didn't end up needing it still has the tag attached it was Regular $175 I got it 70% off for $52.50+tax it came to $59.35 altogether. It's a size 8 to get it to stay on the hanger I had to pull the sleeves up a bit they are supposed to sit on the shoulders 😊
