Floor to ceiling cat tree

Purchased 2 - one for the cottage and one for home. Sold the first one and now selling the second. Unboxed and set up both and he never used them - he’s 15 and his arthritis is just too advanced. He did try out the bottom house a couple times but that’s it - you can see the sisal is intact so there’s no use. We no longer have the box but all pieces accounted for.
