1970s skirt

A true 1970s vintage piece! See the tag. Fits like a size S = waist is 13.5 in and length is 14in Wraparound style, you have two buttons on the inside to wrap it and secure around your waist. Pocket on the back. Excellent condition! I thrifted this 10 years ago and only wore out twice. Needs to go to someone who’ll wear it out more, it’s so cute. Pick up near Broadview and Cosburn.
