Come with all original buttons and replacement buttons on the inside. There are also 3 inside pockets; 2 on the left side and 1 on the right side, and 3 outside pockets (1 for pocket square and the other 2 are sewed shut but can be opened).
The size is a Men's 38 Slim Fit. Bought last year and like new.
