FREE fruit and custard tart 🇨🇦

I'm a baking student at george brown and made two fruit tarts in class, but they are best enjoyed fresh and I won't be able to eat them both! Made with shortbread crust, chocolate coating, vanilla bean custard, and a mix of fresh and canned fruit with apricot glaze. Pickup by Sentinel and Finch! (ignore the emoji it's for a contest entry lol)
