The outside comes with an 18' electric awning, a bar fridge with electric convection burner, 2 - 30lb propane tanks, battery, two grey water tanks and a black tank. It also has a nice solid, built in stair system. The inside is well set up with a tv and fireplace angled to a fold down couch as well as a U shaped dinette in the 13' foot slide out. A large 12 volt fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, and lots of cupboard space, including two large pantry cupboards. There is a large shower in the washroom, that has a separate entrance from outside. It is set up with a queen master with a closet, and double over double bunks.
