Laundry is located on site on the third floor. $2 per wash, $1.25 for the dryer. Unit has back and front entry with a small patio in the back which is also furnished. Located on Dundas and Manning the unit is steps away from the Dundas streetcar, 5 minute walk from the college streetcar 10 minute walk to Kensington market 5 minute walk from Trinity bellwoods park and super close to many university and college campuses. We are looking for a responsible and clean female roommate to live short or long-term in our second bedroom while we are away on a trip to India. The room is available for a minimum of 6 months day with the possibility to extend up to one year. The other bedroom is occupied by a nice British woman in her late twenties who works in a bookshop. She is super nice super quiet, clean and respectful.
