This item is a vintage Rubbermaid Microwave 2-Litre Ring Pan (Model 5575).  Usage: Designed for microwave, conventional, and convection ovens up to \(204^{\circ }\text{C}\) (\(400^{\circ }\text{F}\)).  Features: Made of durable, non-stick, and stain-resistant material.  Dimensions: Approximately 27.9 cm in diameter and 7.0 cm high. Suitability: Fits compact ovens 5 cubic feet and larger. It had Eatons sale tag on it that fell off. If I find it I will put it inside.
