New polar stroller brand skies. Can be used on Thule chariots, other bike trailers, strollers etc. Quick easy install. This is a set of 2 so would probably be best suited for a trailer to go cross country skiing or other such adventures, however you could see about purchasing more or just putting them on the front or back of a stroller or wagon to make it easier in the snow.
