Antique 1920s Art Deco Uranium Glass Jadeite Bird Cage Stand

In fairly good condition. I can't make out what is on the top part (see pictures 6-7). There is a small chunk broken on the bottom part, shown in pictures 2-3. The stand is 70" tall, and the cage part is 24" tall and 18" across. Cash only.
