Lulus Navy Blue Strappy Back Skater Dress -S

A beautiful navy blue dress with a strappy cross back and low v-neck. The dress is fitted to the waist then flows out into an A-line skater skirt. The dress has a side zipper closure, and double-lined chest area so no need for a bra. Great for special occasions like date nights, prom, graduation, or nights out with friends.
