Samsung 32" 4K Monitor OSD Issue

Samsung U32J590UQ 32'' 4K monitor, used less than 3 years just black screen no OSD, backlight is on, blue indicator light works normal, still can detect it on laptop and all setting looks good. AI says might something wrong with the T-CON (Timing Controller) chip. I'm not that handy so let it go if you could fix it would still be amazing monitor. It comes with power cord.
