Empower Ankle/Wrist Weights - 3lb Pair

Selling a pair of Empower ankle/wrist weights. They are 3 lbs total weight (1.5 lbs each wrap). They are in perfect condition, barely used. The weights have a soft, stretchy Lycra/Spandex for added comfort and a simple Velcro closure to easily fit most wrists and ankles. Great for a follow-along, total body exercise routine!
