Floral Print Dress - Blue and White

I thrifted this dress from value village but it’s a bit too big on me and I don’t have the sewing skills to make it fit. I’m hoping someone who can get more use out of it It’s a looser fitting style and while the tag says M it fits more L to XL I’d say. Dress is in great condition. Selling it for $12 (as purchased) or best offer. Comes from a smoke and drug free household. Pick up is from downtown Toronto. If listing is up then it’s available.
