Xylitol

Xylitol (low calorie sugar substitute). Also good for teeth since it doesn't decay them like sugar. Also shown to improve bone density. Jar not included. Note: In case you own pets, it's dangerous for dogs to consume. Also check in case you are on blood thinners or have heart issues.
