First picture was from the seller in its original packaging and as of now, the mattress is Vaccum Sealed for better storage and moving, and to keep it clean as well. Only used for 3 months, superclean, with a very small spot from spilling coffee. No chances of bed bugs or any type of mites. Will be throwing in a new waterproof and bug proof Mattress cover with it for free. Bought for 500 dollars, very good quality mattress.
