New Nightstand (New in Box)

Brand new in the box! Rowan Park 1-drawer nightstand by Northridge Home (Costco item 1904784, model D-B209N-567). Costco sells this for $399.99, asking only $175 for the new one. ** I do have a second one available but it has a chip on top and very slight peeling at the bottom of 2 legs (open box, almost new). I don't think it was used, arrived damaged. Comes with a marker to touch up imperfections. This one is $120. I have attached pictures.
