Lego Ninjago 70673 Shuricopter Incomplete

Missing Jay FS, and it is missing the end part of the helicopter, like the tail and the parts that connect the tail, and the parts at the right and left side of the helicopter looks like they are placed wrong(and it does not look like a tiny displacement problem). The set is also missing 9 of those tiny little blue pieces that can be shot(the ammos). I would say the helicopter is 96% complete with an improper placement that I can see. For the stickers I can see that some of them are applied but do not know what percentage of it is applied. The minifigures are in decent condition, there are tiny dents on Zane and two hard to see somewhat long scratches on the back of Vex's Leg. Pick up in Bernard Ave and Yonge Street
