Ted Baker blouse - Size says 0 but fits like 4

This is a gorgeous Ted Baker lace blouse. It says a size 0 but fits like a size 4 (small) IMO. The shell is made of 61% polyamide, 28% viscose, and 11% cotton. The lining is 100% polyester. It's a beautiful green and navy colour with red stripe detail on the sides and matching tie at the back. Tiny imperfection shows in last picture - hardly noticeable but i would like to point out.
