This beautiful and adaptive Mid-Century Modern Rosewood Dining Table was recently professionally refinished. The table is made of gorgeous rosewood, with a stunning grain and beautiful colour. Outstanding workmanship and quality. Two 19.75" leaves which store perfectly under the table top, expand the table from a 53" to 92.5" long and can seat eight people comfortably. Measures: 35.5" W × 53" L × 28" H The set of six sculptural high-back dining chairs, Model 'Lis', designed by Niels Koefoed, circa 1961. Constructed from solid rosewood, each chair showcases a stunning natural grain that highlights the craftsmanship. Recently reupholstered in taupe, they are presented in great condition. The elegant silhouette features gently reclining high backrests and gracefully contoured crossbars, offering both style and comfort. A rare and collectible Danish modern set, beautifully preserved.
