A rare pair of antique wooden telephone switchboard boxes from the WWII era, perfect for collectors of vintage telecom gear or military memorabilia. One is labeled “OPERATORS MAIN TELEPHONE” with 5 white knobs, and the other has 6 black lever switches—likely companion pieces from an old operator setup or concentrator system. These small oak boxes (about 7-8 inches wide each) show authentic wear from age, including chipped paint and patina, but are solid with no major damage. They have holes at the bottom for wiring and original hardware inside. Great display items for an office, or museum piece—evoke the days of manual switchboard operators!
