Ground Level Basement Suite

Im renting 1 room in a ground level basement suite. The room is clean, quiet, and cozy. It has enough space for a bed, desk, and clothes. The house is safe and well-kept, and the kitchen has everything you need, like a stove, fridge, and microwave. There's also a washer, dryer, kettle, and a coffee machine so you can do your laundry at home. The area is peaceful and close Burnaby Robert park. 7 minutes walk to the bus stops, to reach Metrotown, BCIT, Brentwood mall.. It's a nice place to live if you want somewhere calm but still near everything. There are 3 people living in the ground level basement suite. They are friendly guys in their 30s. They are working full-time remotely and study. They are quiet, respectful, and they like to keep the suite clean. Everyone has their own room, but they share the kitchen and the common area.
