Article Burrard mid-century modern loveseat - pickup only!

Pickup only. Downtown Toronto near King and Bathurst. Similar to this model: https://www.article.com/product/21204/burrard-67-loveseat-seasalt-gray. Mid-century modern style loveseat. Made by Article, model is the Burrard in graphite gray. Dimensions are 67”wide x 35”deep x 26”tall. Loveseat is still in good condition. No holes, or tears or obvious stains. There is some wear on the right arm (see last pic) but it’s not too noticeable and should be treatable with the right tools.
