Blue Rolling Heavy Duty Covered Shopping Cart

July 22nd Update*** I was in the Mall at Metrotown today, and at the Dollar Store near the Bus Entrance Doors, a very similar cart, without the padded handle, and no covered liner to keep everything dry or out of the sun, was $75 at that store. This one was $99 when I bought it and it turned out to be too big for my Mom's needs. At $20 it is a bargain. I won't be lowering the price, and may even raise it and list it elsewhere.
