clapped but works put new brake pads and refinished disk brake works way better than new upgraded calliper not as new but pretty nice comes with charger would take 20$ off price to keep handle bar should be replaced one side is unsteady but 100% won't fall off during rude bolted battery replaced close to 2 years ago but still has close to new range maybe 70-80% ish from original wires comming out is to connect to charger so it's built in and you don't have to remove it, requires cut cable, will have charger connected and attracted when sold unless taken discount can do mod for you if you bring your own charger if you decide not to buy it with mine if you have any questions let me know
