Vintage rare Cinnamoroll watch swing gashapon keychain

It hasn’t been taken outside and used, just stored in the case. One side is a bit more lifted. There are some small faint marks. Comes with a gashapon ball case only The battery seems to still work at the moment, I pressed the side buttons and it starting moving/counting minutes. But I’m unsure how to set the time for it to start at. There seems to also be a timer function. Cash and pickup only please
