Laptop Bag - Transforms into backpack

Louis Garneau laptop bag with adjustable shoulder strap. Has a padded compartment for a laptop up to 17". It transforms in a backpack. It also has a sleeve/trolley-handle passthrough. Never used. Still has the label on it. Was given at work, but what I need is a bike bag, so would accept a swap instead of cash.
