Music Box vintage from Japan

This is a vintage music box from Japan, featuring a black lacquer finish with intricate gold and coloured detailing on the lid and sides. Inside, it's lined with a lovely red velvet and has three compartments. It's a beautiful piece of craftsmanship! I have wound the music box up, and it plays perfectly.
