Pre lit 7 ft Christmas tree & decorations+storage containers

Christmas tree is between 2.1 - 2.5m tall, don’t know for sure. Was bought from Canadian tire a couple years back for about 350$. The tree is pre-lit and comes with some extra lights (where provided with the tree). I’m also offering the bag in which it’s being stored right now (see last picture). Decorations are a mix between Canadian tire and Hudson’s Bay, I think those added up to about another 200-300$. There are various other declarations for the home included as well.
