The full length side-rails can be adjusted to 3 different heights and can be easily removed for access to the bed. Also included is a vinyl padding to prevent the bed user from hitting their heads against the bar. The mattress Is the top of the line drive harmony true low air loss, pressure sore preventing Mattress.
