Vacuum is Like new, ran once. It doesn't work for my cats; they're all terrified of it except one. It's not too loud, but the movement is what they don't like, so please keep that in mind. The only loud part is the suction needed to empty the vacuum into the canister. It comes with the charging base, which is also the self-emptying container. It does not have any additional rollers or brushes included. I may be able to find the original instructions but no guarantee. I have stairs in my home, and I can attest that it did not fall down them. I only have hardwood, so I cannot speak to its uses on carpet.
