Used once, the space I have is much to limited for something like this, unfortunately its just become a bench at this point. Pilates Pro Chair is an all in one home gym to mix in with your yoga, ab resistance, workout bands, and mat Pilates workouts. No need for tower machines, tables, or personal trainers. Easy to use and set up, offers different resistance levels for various workouts. It does fold up but it can be quite a pain, as the chair is not that light to move around. Sculpting handles slide on and off depending on the workout. The bottom foot rest does fold up independently and easily, which is nice so you don't trip over it or stub your toe with not in use. I found this chair to be incredibly sturdy when in use.
