LaZBoy Microsuede Recliner Sofa & Rocker Recliner

Excellent condition milk chocolate colored microsuede recliner sofa and matching rocker recliner from LaZBoy. We just had both pieces professionally deep cleaned and protected on Oct 20th. They are both in excellent clean condition aside from one minor (1cm) imperfection on each piece (*see pics) and have not been used since being cleaned. Asking $675 for both pieces. Willing to sell separately: Sofa $350, Chair $350. Clean, comfy, and ready to be enjoyed for years to come! Everything works perfectly, exactly as it should. The chair rocks, reclines and lays almost all the way flat for maximum comfort and convenience. The sofa has a wall safe (Reclina-way) recliner on each end, and the center piece is stationary. This set is super comfortable and very clean. They can be picked up anytime during the day in Langley Township area near Home Depot. Coming from a clean non smoking home with no children or pets.
