Antique 1890s J&J Taylor Safe - Working Combination

This is a fantastic find - an antique fire safe made by J. & J. Taylor's Toronto Safe Works, a very well-known and prolific Canadian safe manufacturer. The design features ornate external hinges, decorative pinstriping, and elaborate wooden interior, this safe likely dates (roughly 1880-1910). The absolute best feature is the beautiful, intact wooden interior. The small drawers appear to be made of birdseye maple, a decorative wood that was very popular for the era. The lock is in perfect working condition and a rare find. This unit is EXTREMELY HEAVY. Buyer is 100% responsible for professional removal and all associated costs and liability.
