Canister of helium free - needs the balloon piece

Free canister of helium, you can buy the piece to use it for balloons. It’s pretty heavy but I don’t know anything about it, it was here when I got the space. Corner of Beatty and Smithe, we are open weekdays. No parking on site but delivery drivers use the cut through lane behind us to stop.
