Cozy sofa or sunroom chair

Very comfortable chair in very nice condition. Has a bit of fraying on lower back corners from clumsy movers, please look closest photos. Also could use a cleaning as it’s been in the basement for a while. Has a couple little spots which I believe would wipe out...
