2011 Toyota Matrix Muffler exhaust ***Brand New***

Selling a brand new muffler assembly for a 2011 Toyota Matrix with 1.8L engine. Not sure what other vehicles it will fit. Bought it to install but mechanic found the chassis was too rusty and told me to scrap the vehicle as it is unsafe. Retailer will not take it back as they have a no return policy on clearance parts that I was not aware of. This is completely with integrated over axle pipe and tailpipe and comes with donut gasket that fits between muffler and midpipe flanges. Asking $300 or best offer.
