Selling due to space constraints (mother in-law requires assistance and needs to move in). Full grain leather (even in the rear). Feet recliner and headrest work separately via switches. Factory warranty is 10yrs on frame, 5yrs motors, 5yrs foam/springs. Dimensions 88" x 41" x 28". Comes apart in 2 parts for easy transport. Paid over C$9000 for this beauty, sad to see it go.
