Evenflo Pivot Modular Travel System with Infant Car Seat

Evenflo stroller with car seat. Bought brand new, used for 1 year. The car seat was never used much. It's a convertible chair that turns into a bassinet. Please note: 1. The buckle/clip on the safety belt is broken, but this doesn't affect the stroller's overall functionality. 2. There is also a small tear (see photos).
