Purchased 2 years ago gym quality. Fully reconditioned with new belt ($780 W/instal). Works perfectly raises up /down as it should. Moving and I’m going to run outside as I do not have the room in the next location. I weight 210lbs and it felt firm with a little give/softness when running at my pace. Will go up to 15 degree incline
