Table with 4 chairs and Stand/cabinet

This table has definitely been well used, but looking for a good home for it. Whether you want to refurbish these or use as is, these are solid wood pieces that have been well loved. Scuffing on them is to be expected. Table is 54x44 inches with a leaf built into the table, the stand is 60x22 inches. Feel free to reach out with any questions! Pickup only and you will have to take it out of the basement. Posted this for my dad who can’t currently assist with moving the stuff. This table needs to be gone ideally by the end of the weekend.
