In search of rental

Hello:) My child and I are seeking long term rental housing. Willing to consider 1 bedroom + den but prefer 2 bedroom. Rental must include: washer / dryer utilities (water, hydro, gas) safe place to park my vehicle We are quiet, respectful people. Often we are both in bed by 8pm. I do not smoke or drink. Can provide proof of income and have references upon request. No criminal record as I volunteer with my church and children. Good credit. Currently on month to month so I’m not in a rush to move. Would like to find a long term housing that fits our needs.
