Vintage Empire Porcelain Company teacups, saucers, and plates. This British manufacturer was based in Stoke-on-Trent, England, and was known for producing elegant porcelain and earthenware, often decorated with floral motifs and gold trim. These piece also go together beautifully with my Carrigaline Pottery, Cork Ireland Teapot and Jug - check my other postings. Floral Pattern with backstamp 3-60 refers to being manufactured in March 1960. The pieces are in good vintage condition with some wear consistent with age: One teacup has a mark on it, shown in photo.
