Items are in preowned condition they are tested well cleaned, and in good working order but they ARE NOT BRAND NEW, all fully functional. Switch is reversed I always set it up that way it just makes more sense to me so off is on and on is off that way you battery wire is on top and the out wire down below. Batteries not included.
