Selling a Windmill Cat Toy! This fun toy is designed to keep your cat entertained. It suctions onto a window or the floor and the ends swing around. I think small treats might fit in the ends. It's in great condition and comes with the original box! Our cat isn't interested in many toys meant for independent play unfortunately. Hardly used.
