We recently moved in August so the period of the sublease we are looking for is Feb/2026 to July/2026. You are more than welcome to extend if you would like afterwards. We love it here, but unfortunately will be moving out of NYC for a career opportunity. Available date: 2/1/2026 We are central to 5 lines, between a 2-10 min walk to the N/W/R/M/E/7. 2 stops from midtown (-about 15min door to door). The apartment has a package room, parking lots, and rooftop and the unit has in-unit washer and dryer and a full size kitchen. The monthly rent is $5300 a month. And the utilities and wifi combined usually come out to be around $200-225 for two people ($75 WiFi and 100-150 for utilities). The security deposit is one month of rent and we are more than happy to share more photos of the apartment with furniture (current state) if you’re interested, and can also sell current furnishings at a discounted rate if that’s easiest.
