Room furnished with double size bed, bedside table with drawer, desk, closet dressing table and mirror with drawers for more storage, shoe tray. Prefers students and single working professional. Monthly rent includes utilities and high speed wifi. Laundry available once per week. First and Last month rent required beforehand. No parking space (Street parking only - tenant responsible for registering and paying city parking fee) Can provide meals: nightly meal monthly fee +$350 or weekdays dinner only monthly fee+$250
