Fully Functioning CPU + Motherboard Combo: Budget PC Parts

After retiring my home server PC, I reused several parts of it but I have no use for the CPU + Motherboard combo, so this can now be turned into a new PC on a budget for several other applications. Specifications: CPU: AMD A6-6400+ Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H RAM: 12GB of DDR3 Thermal paste reapplied a month ago, when I was cleaning it and starting to think what to do with it. Needs storage, operating system, power supply, a CR2032 battery for the BIOS memory (only to hold the settings)... and preferably a case. Ideal for a budget PC for simple uses, such as a home server, home theatre PC, an internet browsing machine for an elderly person, or just so that annoying young sibling stops asking for a PC. It is not exactly what I would call a “brick” or a “toaster”... but just don’t expect a huge performance out of it. Works fine – it was running Artix Linux without any issues. My goal is just to avoid this going to the landfill and finding a second life with someone that can have an use for it... and for you to not have to blow thousands of dollars just for a Facebook machine for grandma. As an electrical engineer, I have always handled electronics with proper ESD safety. It comes in an anti-ESD bag. I am willing to negotiate. No trades, thank you.
