R5 5600x, RTX 3070 & 32gb DDR4 Gaming PC

I don't have a car to deliver so pickup only near Queen and Bathurst. Selling because I got a new PC so no trades please. I have all the case accessories and the GPU box. No box for the case since this came in a Flatpack case. I've removed as much dust as I could and put fresh MX-6 on the CPU and GPU. Just added another rear RGB fan after posting this. Plug and Play! I've installed all the drivers as well as a safe undervolt for the GPU that reduces temperature and power consumption while improving performance. I've also setup a simple Fan Control profile, but I recommend tweaking it to your liking. I'm including a Bluetooth USB dongle. The motherboard only has 4pin RGB headers so I'm using a simple 3pin RGB controller that has to be toggled with a button since I wanted minimal white RGB anyways. You can also buy an adapter for 12v to 5v rgb online if you want to use software control. Rear USB-C works but front doesn't since the motherboard doesn't have a header for it. There is an adapter that you can get to run it off the motherboard USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports. CPU & GPU(with undervolt) stay around 60°C while gaming.
