Basement: 1 bedroom of two in the shared basement. Bedroom size is 12’ x 10’. The basement dwelling has a common entrance with the upstairs/main floor of the house but has its own bathroom (stand up shower), small eat-in kitchen, and a storage room. Available Jan 2nd, 2026. Rent $717.50 (plus utilities) per month. The entire house shares the utilities equally.
